The Vaypor is Bont’s top of the line Short Track boot. Changes to this model include a new thinner, harder memory foam ankle padding and 10 layers of carbon fiber around the ankles for extra support.
The base is made by hand by sandwiching cross weave carbon and uni-directional carbon fiber which is embedded with epoxy thermo setting resin. The fibers are hand laid in the matrix according to the strain they will have to bear.
The Vaypor comes with three outer skin options. The newest style is a rubberized silver fiberglass outer skin which is super light weight, super strong and super exotic.

Equipped with new Boa tightening technology, this boot gives you the stiffness and ultra light weight that you would find in a $1000+ ST boot for a fraction of the cost. The Z is made with a 3k plain weave carbon fiber composite base. The carbon is sourced exclusively from the world’s #1 carbon manufacturer, Toray in Japan. In the front, air vents pump air into the boot which are built into the TPU protective bumper.

The durable and waterproof polyester shoe has good support and the fit is adjustable with a pull-knob on the heel. The children’s skate is very easy to close with the special lacing and simple fast-closing buckle. The special Velcro closure is convenient and also provides additional support. The Thinsulate material in the liner protects against cold but is breathable at the same time. The undercarriage consists of a Dutch manufactured lightweight plastic frame with a stainless steel blade.
